Haymaker Pointe Homeowners Association
The Homeowners Association has the responsibility of administering the Community, repairing, maintaining and insuring the Common Facilities, establishing the means and methods of collecting assessments and charges, arranging for the management of the Community. These responsibilities are performed by the Executive Board or by a managing agent appointed by the Executive Board. The bylaws of the organization are contained here.

Homeowners Annual Meeting
The meetings of the Association shall be held each year on the 3rd Wednesday of May. The Executive Board shall be elected by ballot of the Members at this annual meeting. Each Unit shall be entitled to a single vote at all association meetings.

The Executive Board meets periodically at the Clubhouse. Homeowners are welcome to come and express their issues or concerns during the first half hour of the meeting 6:00 - 6:30 PM. Meeting dates are listed on the Community Calendar located at CMA's website.
